Hello, Twinkle cream contains Tretinoin and hydroquinone which is not to be used during pregnancy as its harmful to fetus. Melasma and pigmentation are common in pregnancy due to hormones. Cosider uing milder pigmentation agents like mild glycolic acid, kojic acid, niacinamide arbutin etc Eg Melaglow cream and plenty of sunscreen three times a day. Consult a dermatologist.

Elosone ht cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone. It is used for treating pigmentation like melasma. Short term use (1 week or less) does not have major side effects. You can stop the use and apply sunscreen with spf of 30 or higher daily.
