Elosone ht cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone. It is used for treating pigmentation like melasma. Short term use (1 week or less) does not have major side effects. You can stop the use and apply sunscreen with spf of 30 or higher daily. Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face because you don’t want harsh soap to damage your skin (already sensitive due to cream application). Keep your face adequately moisturised with a hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic moisturiser like excela...more

Hi lybrate-user,
the cream you mentioned is a steroid cream and it shouldn’t be used by an individual unless advised by a dermatologist for the skin concern. If you have taken this cream from over the counter without any recommendation for another concerns, I advise you to stop it immediately. Steroid has got few long term adverse effects if not used as per advise. I suggest you use a skin regenerating cream and a sunscreen for 5 to 7 days. Use a mild cleanser. Glutamine is an important amino acid with many functions in the body.
It is a building block of protein and critical part of the immune system.
What’s more, glutamine has a special role in intestinal health.
Your body naturally produces this amino acid, and it is also found in many foods. Yet, you may be unsure if you need extra glutamine from supplements for optimal health.

Hello, Elsome HT contains hydroquinone, steroid and tretinoin. It is a good cream and helps rejuvnate skin and also reduce pigmentation. Results take 1 to 2 months to show. Since it contains Mometasone which is a steroid make sure you do not continue for long time as can have harmful effects and to stop after two months and shift over to milder creams which are safer. Consult a dermatologist.

Hello lybrate-user! Please do not use these creams. I am presuming they are hydroquinone and steroid based creams which are not good for the skin. If you want skin lightening creams please see a dermatologist near you. They will prescribe treatments based on your skin type.
