Hello lybrate-user! Please do not use these creams. I am presuming they are hydroquinone and steroid based creams which are not good for the skin. If you want skin lightening creams please see a dermatologist near you. They will prescribe treatments based on your skin type.

Hello, firstly and most importantly, all skin problems arise from upset tummy. Either you are not eating properly or your food metabolism is not up to the mark. As a result the'aahar ras' is not being properly made. So first step, I would suggest please improve the quality of your food. Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Regards.
