a. maintain eye hygiene
b. use two handkerchief (one for each eye)
c. keep hands clean

Treatment
a. antibiotic eyedrop
b. lubricating eyedrop
c. antibiotic ointment at night

kindly consult local opthalmologist and get yourself examined
if there is corneal involvement then you may need cyclosporine eyedrop
