Hydroquinone should not be used for a long time even if you are using alternatively. Kojivit cream you can continue using for a long time as it is relatively safe.

Kindly stop the hydroquinone based cream. You can apply an aloe vera gel/ cream daily twice fr about 2 months. The skin will be fine.

most of the times, pigmentation will respond to azaelic acid /kojic acid /hydroquinone creams. But be sure to start the cream at night along with sunscreen application in the morning. Your skin seems to sensitive ,better you use mild cleanser to prevent from dryness and redness.
