Skin complexion is very much based on genetics and the climate you are living in. Be comfortable and confident with the complexion you got. These skin creams do more harm and no good.

Its safe if you are not pregnant or feeding a child and if you use it for short duration. 3% is safe. Consult a dermatologist and before starting.

Melasma needs long prolonged care. Wear your sunscreen regularly for now. Use desonide and hq 2% for short contact time max 1-2 hour only under guidance.

Please don't use hydroquinone creams for long duration as it will cause side effects. Glutathione tablets can improve your complexion. It is also awailable as injection. Please use a good sunscreen during day. Chemical peels can also help in improving complexion. Please don't self treat with demelan and other creams without prescription.

If melasma does not cure with this then you need further treatment like trexanemic acid etc.
