you can apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area

Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster

are you having constipation or indigestion? or you are having sharp tooth?

Consult privately for further management

Hi,
these tablets help. But not directly. You need medicines for ovulation induction for conceiving. Meet a fertility docyor on day 2 or 3 of period.

Yes. Buttermilk has a lower fat content than regular milk. The process of making buttermilk removes the fat to make butter. Low-fat and nonfat milk and dairy products, including buttermilk and low-fat yogurt, may help reduce the risk of gout. MayoClinic.com recommends 16 to 24 fluid ounces of dairy intake daily for gout. Buttermilk is also a probiotic food. Probiotics contain healthy bacteria that fight harmful bacteria in your body. The probiotics in buttermilk help improve digestion.

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

Hello lybrate-user
both the creams are equally good.
But hydroquinone should not be applied for an extended period of time (avoid more than 3 months) as it can cause pigmentation as a side effect.
Apply it at night and if using this, give a break of 1-2 month if applying it continuously for a long period of time
and always remember to use sunscreen to prevent more pigmentation.
