I recommend to control your sugar level 1) a healthy and well balanced diet having regular meals. Divide your meals into 5 to 6 times.

Get your hba1c checked.
Do smbg charting with glucometer.
Good sugar control can limit ed problem in most early cases.
There are certain medications like sildenafil, etc which can help in this condition. Ed can be due to extensive atherosclerosis in pelvic vessels, neural, psychitric, endocrinal etc so investigating the cause is necessary.

May be you should first try and reduce your breakfast, lunch and dinner portion size of food and replace it by more vegetables, salad and soup or divide these three feeds into 6 small meals. Daily regular 30 to 45 minutes exercise also will help. If no result within 15 days the you may need to adjust your insulin dosage and additional drug therapy before lunch after doing fresh bsf/. Hello sir, if you are taking insulin then don't skip your meal take 3 major meal & 2-3 small meal/ snacks. In traveling time you should carry some food items like roasted chana, sprouts, salad like cucumber, salty lassi or butter milk. Avoid simple sugar / simple carbs.
