Hello doctor. Needed a small information from you. I have been given 2 hmg injections of 75 mg and 1 hcg injections. I have not got my periods even after 34 days. Is there a chance of pregnancy? Or will HCG make periods delay. I do not have any symptoms as such.

Platelets are on higher side. More than 4 lakhs count is high.
At 20, the capacity to clot is more
Take care of other factors which causes atherosclerosis, like high fat intake, high cholesterol, high pollution and smoking
Take lots of water and ORS types of liquids
Lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits Less salt Walking is best exercise Yoga and meditation does help
High platelets makes person prone to get blockages in the blood vessels

Yes. Prolonged use of such hormones can give a negative feedback. Avoid injections. There are good quality tablets that you ask your doctor.

Dear sir/ma'am 10th days my follicle size is 10 mm. Doc give me hmg 150 inj, and check 12th day but my follicle size is only 12 mm so doctor told me that please come in next month, this month you can not conceive. But tomorrow was my 16th day and suddenly I fill ovulation pain, continue 8 to 10 hours. What is this please tail me, can any chances of conceiving in this cycle.

Only a proper Follicular Study scanning can only confirm whether ovulation occur or not. Try to have a regular sex and check your urine pregnancy test if you miss your periods.

Last time Dr. Tried with hmg 75 injections at 24 hrs interval on 7,8 and 9th day. On 11th day during ovulation study egg was 15 mm an on 13th day there was no folica in the overy. Hi .according to your complain and the treatment given it is being clear your ovulation is disturbed and these kind of things can be occur in this treatment because egg ruptured earlier due to high harmonal dose.

My husband and I got all tests done which were normal, and doctor asked for follicular study and then after day 11 she gave hmg 2000iu injection for ovulation on alternate days and we were asked to have coitus after 36 hours then report for a scan and gave hcg for egg rupture on day 15 land asked us to continue having coitus. Did not conceive as today is 33rd day and returned negative in urine pregnancy test. What would be the problem and what I need to do. Please kindly explain.

Hi doctor, We are trying for pregnancy from last 1 year and my wife is not getting pregnant. She has a hypothyroid and pcos. She is taking 100 mcg thyronorm. After some medication for 6 months she prescribed for hmg 75 last month but endometrial thickness is below 7 in the follicular study. Again this month she has given shot of hmg 75 for 3 days and hmg 150 for another 2 days. But today's follicular study still show below 7 mm after 12th day of period. What could be the problem doctor. Get a hormonal test done serum FSH on day 2 of menses, and serum AMH (can be done at anytime of cycle).

I am a 28 year old woman trying to conceive for last 6 months. I have history of PCOD and thyroid. Last cycle my doctor gave me tablets and gMH HP 75 infections from days 3-17. The egg did not develop and he stopped trying that cycle. Now he has changed the injection to DIVA HMG HP 75 and increased tablet from one to twice daily for 5 days. What is the difference between these two injections? What change can it bring in this cycle? I am losing hope in my current doctor as he told me that he will increase injection dose last time adn seems to have forgotten it now.

Both of these injections are same but your doctor has tried to improve this cycle by increasing the dose of tablet from 50 mg to 100 mg which can help in egg formation. You should wait to see the results before making any decision Regards.
