I believe you are talking about albumin ++ in urine - condition known as proteinuria or more scientifically, albuminuria. This can be a manifestation of kidney disease. You may consult a paediatrician or a nephrologist for the same.

Proteins in urine can happen when their high bp during pregnancy. After delivery as bp comes back to normal, proteins in urine also stop. So need not do anything. Just get her urine sample checked once again.
