Yes tinidazole and alcohol do not go well together and you might need to use alcohol, if that is so necessary after you finish your course of antibiotics that include tinidazole or just that antibiotic alone. You may have what we call reactions when you combine tinidazole with alcohol that can many times be very uncomfortable and you might even end up in the emergency room. Both Omeprazole and Velos D are almost same and the veloz d contains an additional ingredient domperidone which is useful nausea or vomiting . You can take veloz d in place of omeprazole

yes she can take but better take preventive measures like avoid excess of oil spicy fatty food
not to lie down immediately after food..walk for sometime and give a gap of at least 45 minutes before she sleeps
Keep head high with pillows to avoid any reflux
take food on time and try to take small frequent meals with at least two servings of fruits
