As per your symptoms, I seems very likely that you are suffering from depression anxiety disorder and possibly panic attacks. As any heart condition has already been ruled out in your case, my suggestion is that you visit a psychiatrist at the earliest. A psychiatrist can treat your problem effectively. Panic attacks and anxiety symptoms are extremely common and can improve rapidly with the right treatment. Hope this helps.

Hello lybrate-user. I do not find any problem in that but would have been better had you discussed this issue with your trwating physician. What you can do is first stop thinking about it. Go to bed relaxed and only when you feel sleepy. Do not 'try' to sleep but let sleep come to you.in case you have problem you can take clonazepam on as-and-when required basis. Best luck thanks.

Mild and moderate depression can be helped with just counselling and may not require medicines. But if it is severe medicines are required but multiple medicines are not advisable. Clonazepam can cause more tiredness feeling, and on a log run can cause worsen depression. Wakelert is not a first line antidepressant.
Lack of energy can be a symptom of depression but can also be due to low thyroid levels and hb which need to be corrected.
You could try fluoxetine or reboxetine they are less...more

Hi there ~
if you are on epilepsy medication for 30 years you may want to discontinue the medication after doctors opinion since you haven't had a breakthrough seizure for a long time. You need to do so by tapering the dose of the medication slowl
Hope this helps.

It depends upon the indication for which you are taking clonazepam. If you are taking it for anxiety then first commence the non addcitive long acting antidepressant medicine which also acts as antianxiety before tapering the clonazepam.
