Hello. Acanthosis nigricans usually occurs in later stages of diabetes due to uncontrolled levels of sugar in blood. If that is the case then, adequate control of the blood sugar by appropriate treatment as given by the endocrinologist is more than enough to reverse this condition to some extent. Apart from this the moisturizer which has been suggested is fair enough for preventing the extension of this condition.

Though there are ample number of medicines available for acne and oily skin according to type of skin and severity of acne but for time being you can start with simple & effective, adapalene and clindamycin gel like deriva cms gel in the evening.
