Possibly there is allergy. Antihistamines work only temporarily. She may have to find cause like dust, fumes, smoke, pollen, Poly fibres . etc. and avoid. Otherwise there may be a structural defect inside nose for which she should see ENT specialist. Naturopathy like instilling saline water and breathing exercises in Yoga like Pranaayam, Kapalbahti, Anulom Viloma Deep breathing may help

Sir you must continue antihistaminic and multivitamins. Make sure you rinse your mouth with a chlorhexidine mouth wash thrice a day. Also note if certain food ingredients is causing this problem eg allergy to almonds or nuts. If inspite of this ulcers persist we can prescribe some locally acting ointments.

Both have almost same combination and composition, but the quantity differs in syrup and drops.
Ie) if a vitamin is 2 mg in syrup, it will be 0.5 mg in drops.
Drops is recommended for birds and pups.
