HI lybrate-user. First of all Ranitidine is not the medicine for stomach ulcer. Second if your stool is black then it may be because of the bleeding from the ulcer so ideally you should go for the test of Stool Routine micro.
Third is I cannot give you ayurvedic medicine but can advise you homoeopathic medicine. Take Kali Bich 30 tds for 2 days. It is better to take any treatment with proper consultation.

I want to know more about the rashes which you're describing for me to able to comment on it properly
also I suspect it to be a infestation which is prevalent at home or a infection which is present in all family members. So an antihistamine (the tablet which you have taken) will decrease only itching but not the cause. I would suggest you to get back to me with a more complete description of your problem.
