Hi! depending on the history, you might be suffering from eczema scrotum .but however, fungal infections to be ruled out. The creams which you have applied hydrocortisone is a steroid cream ,which gives temporary relief but contrary will spread the infection more ,once stopped. Please stop the steroid cream. Yes u can. 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
