ma'am first of heel spur is not a clinical symptom. It's a radiological finding. So please tell what problem you have because we doctors are taught to treat patients and not x rays

Do you have morning stiffness .....? if so,it could be joint stiffness. It can be unlocked with manual therapy. Try it. Good luck.

If advised not to take by a physician, you could give her paracetamol 650 mg for pain and an anti-inflammatory like serratiopeptidase for the swelling. Cryotherapy, bracing, rest and guided rehab can help her immensely.

Accident is not your fault. But what you did after that may be. Sometimes X-rays cannot diagnose all injuries. You may get CT Scan and blood reports after consulting Orthopaedic Surgeon. Your injury might be more of a Soft tissue crush injury. This is not evident on X-ray. The two bumps are the places where you received injuries. Do
1.Less sugar .less meat ,egg ,pulses, cauliflower sea food, spinach,peas, mushroom
2.Have - apple, nibupani, ajvayan, carrot beet cucumber, orange.awla, tomato,banana

After circumcision there will be swelling for few days. Which subsided with time. You can continue zerodol sp for few more days. You can take chymoral forte tablet three times a day before meal for 5 days. Swelling will decrease. You should visit the operating surgeon once to rule out any infection, hematoma.
