Kisi bhi vaccine ka pura dose aur course complete karna zaroori hai, jab tak koi side-effects nahi aye. Kam lene se vaccine puri tarah effective nahi hogi. Vaccine lene ke bad koi side-effects ho toh doctor se consult karke turant vaccine bandh karke treatment lena hai.

If your baby has got even one dose of IPV, you are OK as long as you have given OPV with Pentavalent vaccine along with first two doses. You need not give additional IPV.
The weight is fine. Follow the immunisation schedule as per your pediatrician/ hospital card.

Dear friend, it seems okay. In future, always ask about drug dose with baby weight. Dose is calculated according to weight in children. Hope this will help you.
