Hi Mr. Lybrate-User, Macrocytic means unusually larger sized rbc, and macroovalocytes are large oval shaped rbc, deficiency in vit b12 or folate are the common causes for these abnormality in the report.

Fatigue can be due to many reasons. Get cbc, thyroid profilevitamin supplements. Have fresh veg and fruits as much as possible. Avoid simple carbohydrate like sugar, white rice. Trans fat ,include nits, berries as snack.
Take break in between. Do pranayam ,meditation daily and in between studies.
