Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it..As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment..So, please send photos...more

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Hi, any medicated cream can be prescribed only for a few weeks. For long-term use, prefer a routine of moisturizer (dermadew aloe lotion) and sunscreen (faceguard) during the day.

No. Don't use its steroidal cream.
I suggest you to use natural cream. You can consult me online for herbal cream which helps to get rid of all kinds of hyperpigmentation.

You need long-term treatment for complete cure of this problem, so seek treatment from a good dermatologist. If you feel the need, you can take treatment with us in video consult, for temporary results, take dual gel once at night, after a good face wash & take one capsule of vitamin e 400 at night after meals, wash your face again in the morning. Hopefully you will get some results, but remember that the results are only for a few days.

Mometasone furoate is a mid strength class 4 corticosteroid. Corticosteroid medications are used safely in many dermatological diseases when under supervision. Long term use without supervision leads to the side effects. Keep in contact and follow-up with your dermatologist.

Hi, please stop this combination cream. Use sunscreen like sunban or photostable every 2 hours when out in sun. You can prefer milder creams with niacinamide or vitamin c or kojic to apply at night for a few weeks. For specific recommendations, please send pictures to me or consult a local dermatologist.
