The yellow thing that you see is plaque accumulation, which also leads to bleeding gums and bad breath. You need to visit a dentist and get scaling (cleaning) done. In the mean time you can use a chlorhexidine mouthwash in a aqueous base twice a day.

Hi
pain can be due to some conditions like cavities, tooth abcess, gum disease, and fracture of tooth. You need to go for proper investigation to rule out the cause of pain. After that treatment plan can be decided. For plaque, get scaling done. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.
