It is very difficult to say if abortion is complete or incomplete based on these symptoms. I suggest you wait for some time and then meet a doctor locally or get usg done. Alternatively you can wait for your next periods and see.

Just check with nearest gynecologist if abortion was complete. If not then curetting can be advised. Also check how is her blood pressure, and pulse and heart rate. Heavy blood loss can make her feel cold and weak. I take lot of fluids and iron rich diet.

You should not take these medicine with out medical supervision. Get your sonography and basic haematological screening and blood group and Rh done first.
