Im 29 yr married woman and I hv been suffering from genital herpes from last 9 yrs. My weight s 67 kg and 5.1 height. I had medicine tab acyclovir, cap amclox, tab btr, cap lymond applied acyclovir cream on genitals. I wants to know that this medicine I should get regularly or not?

Hello doctor, I am suffering from hsv on my lips. This is the second time I have having it. My doc has prescribed me acyclovir (tab) 3 times a day and Orasep LA gel 2 times. On 3rd I got the sores. My doc picked off 2 scabs n next day I got new scabs. They are black in color. I want to know how long will these scabs last? And when will the whole sores will go away? Its been 5 days now. I have all black scabs on my lips now. Nothing red. Also can I use vaseline to keep scabs moisturized? Please help me.

its a viral condition. it generally occurs due to vit. or zinc deficiancy.let me know if u get hsv after fever or any allergic condition because its generally due to vit.B complex depletion after fever. dont worry about those black scab as it will go on its own . dont try to remove it. let it dry on its own. u can apply vaseline too. it wil def. take 10 to 15 days to cure comletly or even more depending upon the severity n cause. Hi I am suffering from jock itch since 5 plus months, from 20 days I took candiforce 200 mg twice daily for 16 days with luliconazole 1% w/w, then it felt that improvement in fungal infection so, from 17th day I reduce my dose 1 cap 200 mg in 2 days, then just after 2 days infection started came back, then I increased 200 mg daily now its 1 week I am on 200 mg daily but now I feel like itraconazole effect reduced, what should I do please help me?

If the pox has has fully erupted there is no prevention and you can control severity by taking acyclovir 400 mg, 5 times a day for five days.

Hi, Let me brief you about the situation, I have tight foreskin on my penis, I cannot retract the foreskin all the way when I have an erection. I can pull the foreskin back when my penis is not erect. I believe a small part of the foreskin has to be attached at the bottom of the penis so I don't know if that attachment is stopping me to retract the skin all the way. But any way after I got the answer I was told to apply a Betamethasone cream 0.05%. So now the problem is I bought a cream name "Diprovate plus" which is composed of Betamethasone Dipropionate IP equivalent to Betamethasone 0.05% w/w and Zinc sulphate IP 0.50% w/w. I believe you guys know all about the cream but I just wanted to be 100% sure that it won't harm my penis in any manner. As we all know we don't have any spare one to use if something had to happen to this one. So can anyone please tell me if its okay to apply the cream to my penis, is there anything I need to worry about, if I can apply it how do I apply, where to apply, what happens if I accidentally apply it on the head of the penis. How many times do I apply the cream and when? I don't know if I asked everything but if you think I missed anything please let me know everything about it so that I can go ahead and start using the cream! Thank you in advance.

If you have any cuts or small injury on your penis then wait until it gets fully healed.

Just apply a little bit of the cream at the point where your foreskin is attached at the bottom of penis & follow the instructions which you got in your previous message

In case you feel herpes blisters you can use herperax and mupirocin ointment for atleast one week.
