You have clearly detialed your symptoms and as you said you had PID and E.coli infection, so usually in females these UTI's are common. Instead of using antibiotics regularly use homeo medicines to get rid of the problem permanently. First start with Staphysagria and Ambragrisea 200 potency, 6 pills each twice a day for 1 week an get back to me on the situation.
