Firstly we should plan for symptomatic treatment and treatment plan depends on the sgpt sgot creatine levels and remember we won’t be able to reverse the cirrhosis changes but will have to prevent further damage to the liver

A viral load of > 10 000 copies/mL (2000 IU/mL) is a strong risk predictor of HCC, independent of HBeAg status, ALT level and liver cirrhosis.

Blood tests: alpha-fetoprotein (afp), which may be elevated in 70% of patients with liver cancer. Afp levels could be normal in liver cancer. A rising level of afp is suspicious for liver cancer. The afp may be elevated with cirrhosis and chronic active hepatitis.

Hello Harbir...
Hepatitis B cannot be cured by allopathy, nor it has any solution for its worsening effects except some symptomatic relief.

While homeopathic treatment can offer better solution.

Hepatitis B infection is the major cause of developing Cirrhosis or cancer of liver in later age.
