Livolin forte is a bronchodilator. It does not directly affect liver function. What is more important is the activity level of the hepatitis b.

Hepatitis B is transmitted the same way as HIV, however Hepatitis B is 100 times more infectious than HIV. If a condom breaks during intercourse, infection with Hepatitis B would be a possibility, even more so than HIV (assuming the partner is infected with either virus). The incubation period (when a person starts showing symptoms) for Hepatitis B is usually 45-180 days with an average of 60-90 days.

The HBV antibody tested will remain positive and it does not mean you have active infection . You only need to take care by not donating blood or sharing needles for injections

Hello sir.
In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds. The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols. Please see, since it is a life long therapy it is better to discuss your symptoms with your treating doctor. Thanks.

Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.

The next best alternative is sustained suppression of HBV replication until HBV DNA is undetectable. A viral load of > 10 000 copies/mL (2000 IU/mL) is a strong risk predictor of HCC, independent of HBeAg status, ALT level and liver cirrhosis. Any value between 1 and 5 s/c is indeterminate and should be repeated. For hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs), a level less than 5 mIU is considered negative, while a level more than 12 mIU is considered protective. Any value between 5 and 12 mIU is i...more
