I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you a subconjunctival hemorrhage happens when a blood vessel leaks or breaks just under the conjunctiva. When this happens, blood gets trapped in the blood vessel or between the conjunctiva and white part or your eye. Eye bleeding makes the blood vessel very visible or causes a red patch on your eye.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello doctor, I have a dull stomach pain all over since couple of days. Earlier it was noticeable but its subsiding now. I have started taking becosules z daily and chekbak d3 60k once a week because last year I have tested vit d3 deficiency. I took treatment under doc as 6lac d3 injection a week for a month. So as due to lack down we didn't go out at all since 3 months so lacking on d3 so thought to take it & being a vegetarian we lack on b-complex as well. Then as I noticed that I have a cough problem so I started drinking hot water entire day since then I guess it started paining. I started doing stretching and lying on my stomach since I come to know about awake opening concept regarding opening lung airways. So I am not sure is it because of that or whether its vitamin overdose. Well I took becosules z once a day since last 2 weeks and riconia lp twice in a week but I skip becosules z when I take becosules z. I don't have any bad habits. Kindly suggest me some solution & thank you.

Your symptoms are abdominal pain and one episode of fever. Its viral season, so universal precautions like timely food is a must. Take frequent mouth wash like beading gargle, instead of hot water. Take syrup mucainegel when you have pain. If you have persistent pain please do ultrasound abdomen and endoscpy. Its betadine gargle. Meet your family physician if symptoms persist.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details. Things of interest are hba1c% & fasting glucose both show you are in prediabetic state. Vitamin d3 is low. Rest of the parameters are not much to be worried about. But looking at your height and weight, with a bmi of 33.19 kgs/sq meter, you are already going towards grade 2 obesity. That is the main issue leading to all the increased parameters noticed. There is an urgent need for reduction of weight. Your ideal body weight should be clos...more
