Its a common problem now a days.
Do saline gargles daily.
Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Hi, doc I am ashish yadav 31 years of age I have ibs - d problem from past 9 years but from past 1 years occasionally I am getting round white balls in stool mostly 1 I did not take it serious but it frequency increases so then I told me my family doc prashant choubey (m.b.b.s),md, associate professor he told me for stool test then test shows nothing except occult blood positive I got scared searching over internet as it says colon cancer but when I go to doctor he told me for 3 more stool test in gap 6-7 days all came back negative so doc told me I have ibs-d only but the white balls coming what is that problem and I have go bathroom 4-6 times daily some days are good some day are bad but mainly stools comes are loose only first stool comes good 50% times then accompany with loose mainly in morning 3-4 time then my whole afternoon is good and evening I go 1-2 time I got saliva type mucus also some time in stool cbc, esr,lft, kft.lipid profile, cea (antigen test done by myself searching over net all normal) also I have hypertension from 8 years please suggest I am on 1 month meds by doc for stomach problem libra- tex, microdox lbx, proshire-ds morning I take hypertension medicine.
