I'm not sure if you can be prone genetically to hepatitis b, because it's an infection caused by the hepatitis b virus. Nonetheless, there is vaccination available for hep b which can provide durable immunity.

Not safe for sex in this time. Hepatitis is easily transmitted sexually and the viral load (hbv dna) of the infected partner, and who is on the receiving end of infectious body fluids, especially blood that contains the most virus and semen.

Yes you can give inactive vaccine after 6 months of giving live attenuated vaccine and the teaching is to give it after waiting one month if needed.

There is no need for any polio now and you can take PCV vaccine against pneumonia duiue to P carinii bacteria and you can also take Typhoid vaccine and meningitis vaccines

It is advisable to everyone to get vaccinated against hepatitis b.
U need three doses 0,1 6months.

He can eat any diet which is easily digestible but to eat small frequent meals and to have more of liquid diet and Avoid spicy and nonveg food in diet and can eat rice , sugarcane sticks etc
