Have you taken acyclovir orally if not take it 800mg 5 times a day for 10 days.Gancyclovir locally for 1wk stop steroid,put general gel 3 times a day. For improving body resistance vitc 500 mg,good anti oxidant like Fiteye and good protein dietApat from that you can use non steroidal anti inflammatory like Navanec 3 times a day

Try home remedies like steam inhalation, ginger & honey intake etc to control acute symptoms. If not controlled then take common cold medications like sinarest-LP and antibiotics with proper medical supervision. If still not controlled in 1-2 day please go for lab investigations like

Insulin is the best drug for treating diabetes. Usually in T2 DM it is used along with oral drugs. Shifting to some ayurvedic combination is not going to be any benefit at all. Please understand diabetes is a condition that comes because of 1)Lack of Insulin secretion from your pancreatin beta cells, 2) There is Insulin resistance due to presence of excess body fat 3) Even if Insulin is available in excess due to resistance to its action blood glucose increases.
