Hello-
Diabetes is a risk factor for hypogonadism (under developed sexual organs like testis) because it is associated with increased body mass and altered hormone profiles (e.g. reduced LH as a result of high blood glucose levels, which in turn reduces testosterone levels).
Ayurvedic aphrodisiac herbs and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help boost your testosterone level naturally.

Hi as you know the diagnosis, you need to be seen by rheumatologist. As the medications needs regular reviews because of steroids. Better to keep regular follow ups. Rheumatoid arthritis is life time problem, unfortunately it needs patience and regular checkups. Vitamin d and calcium supplements need to take along with your medications.

Chiropractic adjustment will help.
A good way to diffuse general body pains:
1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of epsom salts have been added.
2.if you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.meditation, deep breathing and yoga.
