Pregnancy tests check for the presence of the pregnancy hormone, human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), in your urine. Your body begins to produce HCG after you conceive. If you get a positive test result on the first day of your missed period, it's probably about two weeks since you conceived.

But in other cases, the positive line appears faded. In these instances, a faint positive can be caused by low levels of the pregnancy hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). As soon as you become pregnant, your body begins producing hCG. If hCG is present in your urine, you'll have a positive test result.

In these instances, a faint positive can be caused by low levels of the pregnancy hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG. Although hCG is present in their urine, they have a lower level of the hormone, resulting in a positive pregnancy test with a faint line. You repeat the test after one week.

Hi, Repeat your b hcg test today. It should double which means it's a viable pregnancy that is yet to come. Spotting should not happen. Kindly consult a gynecologist immediately for support treatments so it's not gonna be a repeat miscarriage.
