No. Cut a large lemon in half. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two hollow halves or "cups. Apply this on joint. You can rub away any excess pulp, but don't wash area for about 3 hours. Wash off the lemon juice with some warm water. Repeat this every day until the dark skin begins to fade.

You should not take glutathione without supervising doctor. When you visit doctor he/she can advice after your examination, health history, family history etc. Doctor will advice dose, repeatation, mode of treatment etc. Standard dose is 20-40 mg/ kg.
