Take proper medication for acidity and other supportive measures for 2-4 weeks. Have controlled diet avoiding spicy and fried items. Daily light exercise like walking. If throat problem remains consult ent surgeon first. If no defect see a gastroenterologist for proper clinical examination, diagnosis and advice.

How much water do you take. It can be because of less water intake. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). 1. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule
2. Put otrivin nasal drop one thrice daily
3. Take a course of antibiotic after consulting doctor
4. If you are suffering from chronic sinusitis, take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns or nasal endoscopy after consulting ent specialist to confirm diagnosis
5. If you are having recurrent symptoms, you may have to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery.
