1) excess mucous production may be because of post tb fibrocystic lesions. Physiotherapy, bronchodilators will work. Do pft.
2) skin colour will return to normal slowly once you stop clofazimine
3) numbness in both legs may be because of neuropathy. Do emg ncv. Take multivitamins, pyridoxine 200 mg once daily. Tab dubinor once daily only after consulting neurologist. 4) shortness of breath may be because of weakness or post tb oad. Multivitamins, bronchosdilators and good appetite.
