What exactly you mean patch of alopecia. Do you mean you hv lost hair in a patch or you hv flakes of danruff coming out in patch. If it's flakes of danruff ideally shud use a maintainance shampoo for few days so that it dsnt relapse.

Stop using excessive oil. Use it weekly once and not more than a hour..more oil u use more prone u become fr getting greasy scalp..if it is chronic nd recurrent..U should start systemic antifungal along with topical treatments..not to worry..but before prescribing I would like to know about any history of drug allergies?

Mintop is only minoxidil. Use nucapil solution as it contains minoxidil and fortified with capixyl as well which gives better results. Secondly finastride tab I won't recommend as its side effect profile is very high.
