Can you specify what was your provisional diagnosis?
You have been taking potent topical steroid and oral too along with antiallergic, one cannot withdraw such medications all of a sudden but taper them according to protocol. Your itching/pruritis must have underlying condition that needs to be treated as well. You can consult me on Lybrate and share details.

Framycetin cream is not that useful nowadays. Try using Fusidic acid cream on the boils. Just confirm first if they are not acne and then start applying the cream. If that also doesnot work then you might require antibiotics to control the infection and you will need online consultation.

Dear Lybrate user,
-For vit b12 deficiency you have to consume a diet rich in it which is mainly found in non veg foods like organ meats, lean meats & fish, enriched foods like cereals
- also can take a supplement
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food for acidity, chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals.
