Hi,
cortical steroid creams have side effects and instead of curing the disease they suppress the eruptions where applied and then bring back the eruption at another place. So first stop the application of creams.
Take sulphur 30 1dose in a week revert back.

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (this can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person) the ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped. If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) may be advised.

Can you specify what was your provisional diagnosis?
You have been taking potent topical steroid and oral too along with antiallergic, one cannot withdraw such medications all of a sudden but taper them according to protocol. Your itching/pruritis must have underlying condition that needs to be treated as well. You can consult me on Lybrate and share details.

2. You may have contact dermatitis due to one or more agents (such as detergent, chemicals, metals etc) which may be responsible for the symptoms. Such trigger factors have to be avoided.
3. You may have a different disease which n...more
