usually, scabies is a skin disease which takes a longer time to get under control at least for 2 weeks. Continue a proper course to get relief .wash all your clothes ,bed linen in hot water and dry up in hot sun for better control. Use moisturising cream like nivea or simple coconut oil twice daily to prevent dryness.

First of the way you have applied permethrin is important as wrong application is one of the most common causes of no improvement.
Secondly, your family and close contacts require treatment which is mandatory for complete cure.
Thirdly, you need to continue antihistamines for atleast a month for complete subsidence of itching.

Savlon will not kill mites like scabies .You have to use permethrin to kill the scabies mites. Also you have to sanitize the used cloths and garments to make free of scabies mites.
