Hi it would be better if you consult with some photographs as treatment is different for every patient. Also there are many itching conditions assiciated with pregnancy so you might not have scabies.

If it’s scabies, you shud take stat dose of antihelminthic, permethrin cream to be used once as overnight treatment. Repeat it after two weeks if necessary, stop dermikem, if you have itchy raised papular lesions, you can use crotarax hc daily at night for a week till itching settles.

For scabies, permethrin is good. Once overnight application. And with a single dose of ivermectin in the correct dose. Also make sure to wash your clothes and dry them out, plus your bedsheet, and quilt.

By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
