Gynogen Hp 75Iu Injection Health Feed

Asked for female, 38 years old from Mumbai

I am 38 and weigh around 95 kg. I have been going to a fertility centre to conceive. The doctor advised a IVF this cycle as previous two IUI s were not successful. I had my periods on March 10. She gave me Gynogen 600 units (4 vials of 150 units) each day for 6 days. Inspite of the high dosage, only 4 follicles on the left side grew but not satisfactorily. The doctor felt the dosage was inadequate and called off this cycle. I had a scan yesterday and as the growth of even the 4 eggs were not adequate, she said she will let this cycle go by. Today though I have started bleeding. It is more than spotting. It is now 12 days after the last shot of gynogen. Please let me know what could be the reason. I also want to know if 600 units of gynogen is a high dosage. Thank you.

Two worrying issues about you is 1) age 2) weight.
600 units is a high dose. (which cud be the main reasons. Next cycle you can try with recombinant FSH like Gonal F or Recagon.

If blockage is in both fallopian tubes. Then pregnancy is hardly possible.
But if blockage is in one tube, then pregnancy is possible.

If the follicules form in right ovary there are chances. However try to rule out ectopic once you get pregnant.

I am 28 year old and have been trying to conceive for 2 years. This is my 6th cycle of ttc and doctor has started gmh 75 injections with tablet on days 4-9. Today is my 14th day and I had 4 injections on alternate days in last week. But follicle size is not big and doctor has suggested to take another two in jections in next 4 days and scan again on 19th day. Will late ovulation or delayed egg growth affect pregnancy? Why the tablets which worked before without gmh injection is not working now?

Maybe you should abort the cycle this time and try with 150 gmh injections in the next cycle or increase the dose of tge tablets
this is happening because of low reserve
ideally you are the best candidate for ivf as the reserve will keep on diminushing with each cycle.

It is menotrop which is hormonally active ingredient to stimulate egg production,, generally u should wait atlst ,3 cycle of treatment,,,but if u don't become pregnant within this period consult with ur doctor

Hii I m on iui treatment and so on they given 3 injections of ovtriop 5, 7, 9 day of periods and called me on day 11 so my follicle size is 14mm both ovaries with 7.1 mm et given Gmh 75 injection and on day 13 size are Right ovary is 15 14mm and left every 17mm with et 12.3 again given Gmh injection and called me again on 14 day. So my question is why they giving Gmh 75 injections how they r helpful for conceiving and please let me know the chances of pregnancy in cycle according to this reports. Can I ovulate before. Without any trigger shot if yes than how they can do iui.

Hi gmh injections are gonadotrophins, used to stimulate the ovaries to produce follicles that contain egg. You doc is probably giving you these to help these follicles grow till they are 18mm so that the eggs are mature. You can ovulate your own also as your natural hormones will still be working.

Please repeat the follicular study for 3-4 days further. But probably you need higher dose of medicine as the repsonse is inadequate. Please control weight. Most of the women with pcos can conceive naturally.

Eema hp is human chorionic gonadotropin used to trigger lh surge which helps in rupture of follicle. 36 hrs after this injection ,u should have intercourse. This injection is usually given when your follicle size is ~18 mm, as detected by ultrasonography.
