Hello.
Crina ncr contains norethisterone, in slow-release formulation.
Crina ncr is available in 10 and 15 mg doses. Primolut n also contains the same norethisterone but not in slow-release formulation.
You may take primolut n in the same equivalent dose as you are taking crina ncr ,just by dividing the total dose into two or three equal parts.

Why are you taking tab gyanaset ,if taken for withdrawal bleeding it should be taken for 5days .
If taken to regularize cycle then should be taken for 21days
