Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor gastroenterologist and do few investigations like Colonoscopy and MRI scan, stool exam
2) Try to avoid carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits and discuss with your dietitian to make a diet chart by eliminating FODMAP.
