I am a Thyroid and pcos patient. Have done everything but I lack energy. Can't exercise. I'm going to gym regularly. My sister gifted me black spider25 fat burner. It hs mentioned if we are thyroid or diabetes patient, consult your doctor before taking dos capsules. Dis capsules contains Bladderwrack (whole thallus) a sea vegetable concentrated source of minerals. Magnesium iodine potassium calcium etc. Nd Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate): This is used primarily to lower fasting blood sugar levels and to lower insulin levels in people who have type 2 diabetes. Can I take dis fat burner. please tell me, as I need to reduce my weight as soon as possible. But confused for ds medicine. My t3 is 153 ng/dl T4 is 12.4 Tsh is 3.09. I'm taking glyciphage 500 twice a day for pcos nd eltroxin 50 fr thyroid ANd homeopathy for pcos:) I dnt know whether to take dis medicine wid glyciphage or not.

It is not advisable to take this medicine. Insulin resistance is the main reason why its more challenging for you to lose weight with pcos
for pcos & thyroid people it takes time to reduce weight, so don't worry, do regular exercise especially cardio and make dietary changes it will help you.

I'm a 24 year old male. Few days ago I got diagnosed with grade I/II fatty liver and 3 mm size concretions in left kidney. I was asked to reduce weight and I'm in the process. (My height 182 cm, weight 95 kg). Recently (06 May 2018) I had mild pain in lower right abdomen and still it continues now and then. (I had similar pain 6 months ago and was diagnosed that time with 3 mm concretion in right kidney and was given Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate syrup and the pain was gone.) Should I continue to take the syrup again for the pain I'm experiencing currently? Local doctors are advising me to cut down protein in my diet to stop pains from kidney. Dietician in gym asks me to cut down carbohydrates and have more proteins to reduce weight. I'm confused doctor. I don't know what to eat. I don't know what to do. Please give me a solution.

I have pain in both hands (3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs (5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember i'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, i'm 20 years, i'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin d level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are aso titre, anti-nuclear, cpr, hla b profile, anti-ccp, phosphorus, cpk, uric acid, calcium, glucose, vitamin d  and b-12, ths, cbc, alkaline phosphate, potassium, ldh, magnesium.
