Dear lybrate-user,
For a 10 mm stone in ureter the more appropriate approach would be to remove the stone by surgery. Please consult an urologist at the earliest for proper treatment. Obstructive stone in the ureter can lead to permanent damage to that particular kidney. I hope you get the right kind of treatment and advise.

This leakage leads to a buildup of blood cells, fluid, and proteins, and that buildup causes your legs to swell. This swelling is called peripheral edema. People with stasis dermatitis usually experience swollen legs and feet, open sores, or itchy and reddish skin.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Magnesium deficiency is not very common to find. People who have severe nutrition deficiency i.e. beggars, people in jails or on ship, or starved for long time generally present it as multiple mineral deficiency syndrome. If you suspect you have Magnesium deficiency, see a physician who will advise to do some tests to check your magnesium level. Magnesium is found well in fruits and nuts like almonds, cashew etc. Magnesium prescriptions will be given by physician.
