Sugar-free foods may play a role in your diabetes diet, but remember that it's equally important to consider carbohydrates as well. A sugar-free label means that one serving has less than 0.5 grams of sugar.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear Lybrate user. Women's horlicks has a lot of carbs that converts into glucose. It is not advisable to drink women's horlicks if you are diabetic. You can, however, take calcium and vitamin d supplements seperately.

Dear lybrateuser,
- You can add sugar anyway, when you add it after making the tea mix it well
- limit your sugar intake to 1-2 teaspoons a day as extra sugar adds to empty calories & raises the blood sugar level.
