Please avoid repeating antibiotics frequently. If it is working that means it is a infectious cause. Please visit a dermatologist near your place and tell doc about getting a pus swab test for culture, when you have the pus pimples on scalp. After the test it will be easier for your dermatologist to give you an antibiotic which will be best effective. Please also use an antiseptic lotion - cetrimide lotion for cleaning of scalp thrice a week.(after the test)

1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test.
2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a course of antibiotic for 10-14 days
3. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg

Tonsillitis is pretty common. Present guidelines suggest that if you have more than 4 to 5 episodes of tonsillitis in a year, or you have difficulty swallowing food, or you snore because of tonsils, then its better to get them operated and removed (surgical removal is absolutely safe, it would not harm your body in any way)
