Please avoid repeating antibiotics frequently. If it is working that means it is a infectious cause. Please visit a dermatologist near your place and tell doc about getting a pus swab test for culture, when you have the pus pimples on scalp. After the test it will be easier for your dermatologist to give you an antibiotic which will be best effective. Antibiotics, anti itching medicines and steroids (prednisone) will cause some releif but the disease has to be dignosed and specfic treatment must be done. Please do not take prednisone as it can have lots of side effects.

Tonsillitis is pretty common. Present guidelines suggest that if you have more than 4 to 5 episodes of tonsillitis in a year, or you have difficulty swallowing food, or you snore because of tonsils, then its better to get them operated and removed (surgical removal is absolutely safe, it would not harm your body in any way)
