Sir my father is 66 years old. For last 3 days, he is reeling under severe fever ranging between 102- 104 F temp. He is being administered Dolo 650 tab almost after every 5-6 hours. After giving tab within 2 hrs. His temp becomes normal. He is feeling very weak, not at all interested in having food, feeling very cold when fevers creeps up, body ache. He has no cold. Once or twice he had vomiting after having food. He also took gudcef 200mg for 3 days but now has been discontinued. Kindly suggest what to do.

My daughter of 21 yrs age, 52kgs, 5`1, normal periodic cycle. She has been suffering from pain in and around her lower abdomen, waist and that pain spreads throughout both limbs upto ankle joints. Gyneacologist as well as general physician have been consulted. They have diagnosed as muscular cramp and advised medicines which are going on. She has constipation since birth. Usg of whole abdomen done and the report is absolutely normal in all aspects. But the pain still persists. Etova mr, astymine, laxit plus, pan d, digene and gudcef 200mg are being continued as per medical advice. Please advise.

Zoha is having tonsils since 4.5. Days with intermittent high fever. On side of tonsils is swollen with with many white spots on and around it. Took augmentin 625 and enzoflam for 2 days just fever goes away for 4.5. Hours but tonsils remain same. Similarly with clarinova and gudcef cv 200 after 2 days fevers goes for 4.5. Hours. But tonsils pain is increasing.in above both cases fever goes only for 4 to 5 hours when she take medicines else due to severe pain tonsils comes again. She doesn't have cold, cough,flu, body pain, only fever and severe tonsils streps.

She needs a thorough assessment of her tonsils by a competent ent specialist. You may consult me or any other ent specialist at the earliest as waiting may lead to secondary complications.

My sugar levels 100 after food. Dr. prescribed me doxy ,gudcef boxer, intiwash,bromezen so I recovered. But this month also I have same complaints but no pain. The predisposing factor is sex I feel. I took pap smear before 3 months as I have white discharge test shows I have paid so Dr. suggested me to take pap at every 3 months interval .let me know the cause madam and I don't have extra marital relationship.

Hello doc 2 months back I have travelled around 200 km from bike and from the very next day. I had severe abdominal pain accompanied by vomiting, bloating ,nausea and diarrhoea then I start taking medications. A lot of medication but none of them was effective except rifaximin 200 mg which I took twice a day for 5 days and it gave me a lot of relief. But after few days of stopping medication symptoms started appearing again. Then I changed my doctor and currently I am taking chloramphenicol 500 mg cefpodoxime 200 mg but these are not proving effective, also my hair start falling.In my ultrasound report there were features of mild ileitis. Its been 2 month now and I am getting depressed. Now should I stick to these tablet or should I go back to rifaximin. And one more thing .Is my disease curable?

Chlorhexadine doesn't stain easily it's the tartar or deposit get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night for ulcers pl send a picture of the ulcers to understand that better.

I had my widal test as 1: 80, 1: 80. I was admitted in hospital and treated with piptaz antibiotics for 3 days. They discharged me as wbc count was back to normal and fever was gone. After 1 day, fever was back on every afternoon like before. Widal was negative. Recently, did a fever profile, it's again showing widal positive 1: 80, 1: 80 after 10 days. I still have around 100.4 F fever, not more than that. Its less in morning. Please suggest what's needs to be done. Doc is adamant to admit in hospital again. I've changed my doctor, previously was on cefixime antibiotics, new doc prescribed cefpodoxime antibiotics.

Widal reports showing 1:80 titres are not confirmative of typhoid infection but there is some kind of primary infection which we have to treat and we might need a combination of antibiotics say for example ( cefixime with ofloxacin)
