Dear Lybrate user, kindly continue for the treatmnet period --if symptoms do n't aggravate //also take care of lifestyle factors like giving rest to child in a ventilated fresh room with no smoke; smell etc// giving plenty of fluids; giving soft; fresh ; carbohydrte rich ethnic food -small quantity frequently ; avoid cooled ; oily; spicy;hard ;old food --you may consult another doctor--if there is no relief.

1. Do saline gargles daily.
