1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

My 2.5 years old daughter is suffering from cough since 3 months now. It started in january end with runny nose cough and cold but no fever. We gave her tussin dmr for 3 days. No relief. So we gave her relent syrup for another 2 days after which she developed fever. We saw a doctor who prescribed piritexyl for 10 days and crocin sos. Fever withdrew in a week, coughing/sneezing lessened but continued. Saw the doctor again and he prescribed honeytuss for as long as needed with some home remedies - like warm water and steam inhalation. Cough lessened but did not go completely. Saw doctor again and he prescribed ascoril syrup. Gave this syrup too for a week. We started giving her sitopaladi talisadi with honey. But she still coughs in morning after getting up, sometimes during sleep and twice or thrice during day. She is active eats well plays well. But the cough does not seem to be going away completely. Doctors say that cough will go on its own. We should only be taking precautions. But I am worried as it is already 3 months now.

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. Observing the response of this integrative approach, further directions would be decided.
If you agree, I would mention the first phase of safe,...more
